Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Gonzalez Collins is a Mexican American Sportscaster. She works as an ESPN anchor on news, and she hosts SportsNation often. She began her career at ESPN in 2016. She is the daughter of Maria Antonieta Collins, a journalist on television. Antonietta is native to two languages. When she was just nine, Collins's ability to speak two languages has helped her get an employment in Miami as an assistant production for Univision. After this, her CBS station of St. Petersburg employed her as a reporter for sports. After 2009, the reporter moved into Rio Grande Valley Texas where she was employed by KNVO TV 48 Univision as well as Fox2 News. The stories she covered were about illegal immigration as well as drug trafficking across both Texas as well as Mexico. She was also frequently called upon to be a sports or weather anchor. Then she became anchor and reporter on Univision Dallas' Deportes 23. The station then gave her larger responsibilities. She was subsequently remarried by 1995 naval architect whose name was Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away from kidney cancer in the year 2006. It was on a holiday in the summer that she lived with her sibling living in Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl had secured the job. Antonietta was a senior in high school who had a vision of how she wanted her future to be, visited Mount Union University to see what she could get out of the college. As it turned out she loved the school and they were offering the kind of program she was searching for. Following her graduation from high school, she made the decision to enroll at the university to pursue a degree in Media Studies. She developed a long-lasting relationship with her teacher Mark Bergmann who was the manager of WRMU 91.1 FM, a station of which she was a member. The professor encouraged her to believe in herself and was greatly moved by his love of journalism.
